General contact:

If you contact us by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of any follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. 

If you contact us via the contact form on our website, we will store your title (Ms./Mr.), your first and last name, your email address, possibly your phone number, if you have provided it, and the content of your message.

If you send us an application via our website, we will store your title (Ms./Mr.), your first and last name, your email address, your telephone number, possibly your passport photo/photo if you send us one, your cover letter, your résumé and your references, your salary expectations, if you send this, your earliest starting date and the information on how you encountered us. Your data will be used exclusively for the application process and deleted no later than 6 months after completion of the application process.


Data storage of business processes

We would like to point out that the following data will be stored by us for the purpose contract processing:

Name and address, contact person, email address and telephone number, company registration number, VAT number.

In addition to the aforementioned data for service provision and service billing, in the event of ongoing business activities, we store.

The data provided by you is required for contractual performance or for executing pre-contractual and contractual measures. No data is transferred to third parties with the exception of the transfer of account data to banks/payment service providers used for transactions for the purpose of billing and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law.  Data is processed on the basis of the legal provisions of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract performance) GDPR.
